About the job
We are looking for a creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join the Expertware team and contribute to the development of innovative visuals for various internal and external channels, including digital, print and social media, aligned with the company's brand identity and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Graphic design and editing: Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations and newsletters.
- Design for all materials: Design for documentation, corporate presentations and other visual identity elements, ensuring all materials accurately reflect the Expertware brand.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Working closely with the marketing and HR teams to create consistent and engaging visual materials that support the company's communications strategy.
- Cross-platform adaptation: Optimize graphic content for digital and print media while maintaining quality standards and brand identity.
- Involvement in UI/UX: Actively participate in the process of optimizing user interface and user experience, collaborating with development and design teams to implement intuitive and functional solutions.
- Active participation in projects: Contribute to brainstorming and feedback sessions, helping to continuously improve creative processes and the digital experience.
Qualifications - General
- Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year of graphic design experience or a relevant portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- Technical knowledge: Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma.
- Personal qualities: Creativity, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn: Enthusiasm for professional development and adaptation in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge in UX/UI that can add value in optimizing user experience.
