About the job
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager Lead to play a key role in the successful leadership and delivery of IT projects. You will be the link between our teams and our clients, ensuring that every stage of the project is delivered to the highest standards, whilst maintaining a strong and long-lasting relationship with our partners.

Responsibilities
- IT project planning and coordination: Creating detailed project plans, setting clear objectives, timelines and allocating appropriate resources for each phase.
- Client relationship: Constant communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions adapted to their needs.
- Monitoring progress: Tracking project implementation, managing risks and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing internal communication: Facilitating effective collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a consistent flow of information.
- Reporting and documentation: Preparing and submitting progress reports, necessary technical and administrative documentation and informing stakeholders.
- Project budget management: Monitoring and controlling the budget allocated to each IT project, identifying any deviations and taking corrective action to ensure project delivery within budget.
- European Project Management: Develop a profound understanding of the specific requirements and processes involved in European projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Process improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize project management processes and increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications - General
- Solid knowledge of English - written and spoken.
- Previous project management experience or a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Analytical and reporting skills: Ability to analyze data and create clear and detailed reports for stakeholders to support informed decision making.
- Negotiation and influencing skills: Ability to negotiate with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, ensuring that the organization's interests are protected and that proposed solutions are feasible.
- Time management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency.
- Customer focus: Proactivity in understanding customer needs and providing solutions that improve customer experience.
- Basic technical knowledge: General understanding of IT systems architecture and software development to facilitate communication with technical teams and understand the technical requirements and limitations of projects.
- Experience in European projects - a significant asset but not mandatory, with training opportunities for motivated candidates.
