About the job
We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to help develop and implement our strategies to promote IT solutions.
You will be the driving force behind our marketing and sales campaigns, working closely with our internal teams and partners to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
By analyzing the market, creating relevant content, and utilizing the most effective promotional tactics, you will ensure the success of our marketing initiatives while building stronger relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategies: You will be involved in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the IT solutions in the portfolio.
- Creation of promotional materials: You will contribute to the creation of brochures, case studies, presentations and other sales activation materials.
- Market and competitive analysis: You will conduct research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Database management: You will maintain and update customer and partner databases, ensuring effective communication
- Campaign performance monitoring: You'll analyze the results of sales and marketing campaigns, proposing optimizations for efficiency.
- Product and service promotion: You will develop and implement promotional tactics to increase the visibility of IT solutions offered by the company.
- Organizing events: You will actively participate in the organization of customer events, alongside the marketing and sales team.
- Creating relevant content: You will write and adapt content for various media platforms, both in Romanian and English, with the aim of increasing sales.
- Digital campaigns: You will support the planning and implementation of email marketing campaigns, paid advertising and physical or online events.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will work closely with internal departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Qualifications - General
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills to create compelling messages tailored to various digital platforms.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content for both marketing campaigns and internal and external communications.
- Knowledge of market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and optimize strategies.
- Organization, attention to detail and results orientation to effectively manage marketing campaigns and projects.
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken) - intermediate/advanced level, to communicate effectively with international partners and clients.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team, actively contributing to common goals.
